Description

Two-dimensional bitmapping class. This class is used to draw bitmapped images to the orthographic view on the viewport. Textures can be clipped into a smaller subset of the currently bound texture, and also be scaled up and down. This class can also be used in other parts of the system, for example, rendering a bitmap which was drawn to a DXRenderToTexture.
